Sulphur Granulation Production Line
Sulfur granules are a high-efficiency sulfur fertilizer widely used to correct sulfur deficiencies, improve soil conditions, and support balanced crop nutrition, offering controlled particle size, easy handling, and convenient field application.
Our turnkey sulfur granulation production line integrates raw material feeding, sulfur melting or conditioning, granulation, cooling, screening, coating, and packaging into a continuous production process.
Designed for 5,000–100,000 MT/year output, the system delivers uniform granule size, stable production, and flexible process configurations for different sulfur fertilizer formulations and application requirements.
Sulfur Granulation Production Line Process Flow
Four-Stage Efficient Production, Consistent Granule Quality
- Raw Material Preparation: Sulfur powder or sulfur-containing raw materials are crushed and screened to achieve uniform particle size for stable feeding and processing.
- Melting & Conditioning: Sulfur is heated and melted under controlled temperature conditions, with additives or conditioning agents introduced according to the target fertilizer formulation.
- Granulation & Cooling: Molten sulfur is continuously granulated through a dedicated granulation system, followed by rapid cooling to form uniform, stable sulfur granules.
- Screening, Coating & Packaging: Cooled granules are screened by size, with oversized and undersized particles recycled for reprocessing; qualified granules are coated and packed for storage and transportation.

Core Equipment of Sulfur Granulation Production Line
- Sulfur Melter
A steam- or hot-oil-heated melting vessel designed to convert solid sulfur into molten sulfur at a controlled temperature for downstream granulation. - Sulfur Melt Filter
Removes insoluble impurities and foreign particles from molten sulfur before granulation, protecting downstream equipment and improving final product quality. - Sulfur Granulation Unit
A dedicated granulation system that converts molten sulfur into solid granules through controlled droplet formation and cooling, producing consistent particle size and shape. - Fluid Bed Cooler
Uses controlled airflow to rapidly cool and solidify freshly formed sulfur granules while preventing particle agglomeration and maintaining product stability. - Rotary Drum Screen
Separates sulfur granules into qualified and off-size fractions. Oversized and undersized material can be returned to the process for recycling. - Sulfur Dust Collection System
Captures sulfur dust generated during screening, conveying, and handling operations, helping maintain a cleaner production environment and reduce material loss. - Sulfur Granule Coating Drum
Applies a controlled surface treatment to finished granules to improve anti-caking properties, storage stability, and handling performance. - Automatic Bagging & Palletizing System
Integrates weighing, bag filling, sealing, conveying, and palletizing for automated handling of finished sulfur granules.
